Always a “Grandad’s girl,” Jamie’s love for her elders began at a young age. Whether by listening to their stories, helping them with small tasks, or by simply adding a bit of happiness to their day, she found these encounters to be memorably rewarding. 

As Overture’s Agency Administrator, Jamie continues to enjoy these experiences while also giving others an opportunity to find their career path in home care.

Jamie joined Overture in 2017, and prior to becoming Agency Administrator in December 2023, she served as Senior Case Manager. She also has previous experience as a caregiver and understands how to relate to field staff while remaining mindful of the clients’ daily needs.

She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) as well as a coach of Dementia Live, a program provided to all new staff as part of their training. She feels that this component of staff education is crucial to client care while helping to ease the minds of family members.
