In July 2021, we presented longtime Overture Home Care caregiver Vivian Y. McNary with our First Annual Vivian Y. McNary Caregiver of the Year Award.
This year we are thrilled to announce the winner of our Second Annual Vivian Y. McNary Caregiver of the Year Award — Sylvia Minze, shown here with Zach Tarrant, Denise Helms and Jamie Carter.
“Overture is by far the best company I have ever worked for and I’ve been doing this for 30 years,” Sylvia told us as she accepted the honor, which comes with a bonus and her name added to the office plaque of yearly awardees.
As a dedicated and compassionate caregiver, Sylvia embodies our highest qualities of patience, dignity and discretion. She celebrates her 6th year with Overture Home Care this month, and we have been lucky to have her on our staff. In her spare time, Sylvia loves spending time with and vacationing with her grandchildren.
