Overture Home Care Adds Executive Director to Leadership Team
Zachary Tarrant will lead business operations, enabling CEO Denise Helms to focus on growth, strategy
(Fort Worth, Texas) --- Denise Helms, CEO of Overture Home Care, a Fort Worth, Texas-based home care service company, has announced the addition of an executive director – Zachary Tarrant – to the company’s leadership team. The leadership team now includes Mr. Tarrant, Ms. Helms, COO Rob Helms, and Executive Vice President Paige Wolk.
Overture Home Care specializes in trusted in-home senior care. With registered nurses on staff overseeing Overture’s team of caregivers, the company provides an advanced level of home care for seniors in their residences and communities throughout north Texas. Overture has grown rapidly since inception, creating the opportunity for an executive director to join the company to continue its history of quality and excellence.

As executive director, Mr. Tarrant will focus on the administrative aspects of company growth and performance, leading daily operation and management of Overture’s headquarters, service areas, as well as future branch offices.
CEO Denise Helms, RN, BSN, will continue in her role, though the addition of Mr. Tarrant to the team will allow her to focus more on the strategic aspects of the business, including client service delivery, recruitment, business expansion, continued staff education, and more.

Prior to joining Overture, Mr. Tarrant was principal at McAnally Intermediate School in Aledo, Texas. His award-winning education administration and leadership experience also includes assistant principal of Aledo Middle School, as well as various teaching and coaching roles within the Mansfield and Fort Worth ISDs. Mr. Tarrant received his Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Sam Houston State University, and his Master of Education degree in educational administration from Tarleton State University.
