Meet Julie Mercer, our Overture Home Care Dallas Community Liaison

This February, we were thrilled to bring Julie Mercer into the Overture Home Care family as our new Overture Home Care Dallas Community Liaison.

Julie holds faith, family, and community near and dear to her heart. She has been married to her husband Jimmy for 38 years and is proud every day of her three children — and now her three grandchildren as well. 

After receiving her B.S. from the University of North Texas, Julie dedicated her career to reaching out to the people in her community and helping them directly, one-on-one. For 15 years, she provided that service to the youth of North Texas as a PE teacher and coach for our local schools.

Julie’s service to our senior community began 13 years ago, when she transitioned to administrative roles at Acapella In Home Care in Dallas. She has been a stalwart in the local senior service community ever since, and we are so happy that she has chosen to join us as the Community Liaison at our new Dallas office. Our Overture Home Care community outreach could not be in better hands.

With nearly 30 years of service to look back on, Julie has taken her dedication to our North Texas community to a whole new level. Her main goal in life is to connect with people and serve them wherever they find themselves. If you haven't met Julie yet, she can't wait to meet you!
