This February, we were thrilled to bring Julie Mercer into the Overture Home Care family as our new Overture Home Care Dallas Community Liaison.

We are thrilled to announce that Overture Home Care has received the 2023 Best of Home Care – Employer of Choice Award! The Employer of Choice Award is granted only to the top-ranking home care providers, based on caregiver satisfaction scores gathered by Home Care Pulse, an independent satisfaction research firm for home care.

This year, we have an even bigger announcement to make — the opening of our second Overture Home Care office in nearby Dallas, Texas!

At Overture Home Care, we believe that your loved ones deserve the very best care so that they can age with dignity and as much independence as possible. We have been honored to provide that care and support to the residents of Tarrant, Johnson, Parker and Hood counties from our original location in Fort Worth, Texas. We will continue to provide that service, while adding support for the residents of Dallas County — including the communities of Highland Park, University Park, Addison, Farmers Branch and Richardson — from the new Dallas office.

On July 19, Overture Home Care participated in the Tarrant Area Gerontological Society (TAGS) Summer Forum. Our SVP Paige Wolk is currently the Membership Chair and past president of the TAGS board, and we enthusiastically support the TAGS mission to provide education, recognition and scholarship support to healthcare professionals who work with the elderly in our area.

In 1996, the National Safety Council (NSC) established June as National Safety Month with the goal of increasing public awareness of the leading safety risks and decreasing the number of accidental injuries and deaths at homes and the workplace.
